Catherine  served on the national board of AITD and as National President of AITD and she sits on the Board of her family company in photography. Her diverse experience with Myer, GMH, Harris Scarfe and the Clements group together with her own business operation of 25 years has equipped Catherine with a diverse and well endorsed range of management skills. This business experience, coupled with her skills in designing, writing and conducting staff development, has ensured Catherine offers her clients a depth of business and training knowledge that enhances their own capabilities. Catherine has published several training texts, develops training games and activities. She is a sought after speaker for business conferences and events.
